"Leo was the reason I joined the advertising club in the first place. He will be missed. He was for a long time "the advertising club" or so it appeared. Sending sympathy to the family, Sincerely, Cheryl Graham, Victoria Grant Enterprises Inc. Indianapolis"

"As an Ad Club Board Member for 7-8 years, I always found Leo to be a steadfast source of sound advice and historical perspective. For many in advertising, Leo WAS the industry - serving as the Executive Director of our trade organization for years. I remember him as being a cheerleader for my career - genuinely interested in my growth and success. These last few years when we talked, he always left me with something positive to ponder - upbeat and optimistic - finding the good in any situation. I will miss his friendship and I grieve with his family."

"I haven't seen any of the Demos family for years but have such fond childhood memories of the visits with Leo, Ted, Angeline, Georgia, and Aunt Millie. My dad would take movies and we watched them many times! My condolences to the family. Another legend gone. Ginny (Terry) Mesnard from Ohio."

"My sympathy to the family. Leo was a good friend of Bill Over, Cincinnati Ad Club president just before me (early 80s). Bill introduced us. Leo worked for the Indy Ad Club then, a hard worker and one of the AAF good guys. He was a friend to advertising professionals across the USA. Leo had me judge the Indy ADDYs, then invited me to come to their ADDY Show. (1994 ADDYs pic.) RIP, Leo."
