Tribute & Message From The Family

Message From The Family

Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Please enhance this tribute to Jennifer by adding your memories and photos.

Jennifer Terese Adair was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin on February 24, 1972 to parents Paul and Mary Geier.

Jenny attended Carmel Clay Schools, graduating from Carmel High School in 1990. Following graduation, Jenny went on to Purdue University where she was an active member of Alpha Gamma Delta graduating with her bachelor's degree in 1994. While at Purdue, Jenny met her husband, Greg, and they married in 1996. As a newly married couple, Jenny arranged many trips around the east coast. She shared her love of adventure, nature and travel with Greg creating wonderful memories. In Greg's eyes, she showed him the world.

Their biggest blessing in Philadelphia was the birth of their first child, Sean. Knowing more children were in their future, Jenny and Greg relocated to Carmel, Indiana to be closer to family. They were blessed with two more children, Ali and Owen.

Jenny's devotion to her children was apparent in everything she did from volunteering at school and church to being actively involved in Girl Scout's and Carmel Mom's Club. She could also be found cheering on her children at many sporting events.

Jenny was a kind, patient and loving person, who touched many lives. She was an avid reader and gifted writer. She was a keeper of memories reflected in the many photo journals she made for her family. We will always remember her beautiful blue eyes, her smile, her caring heart and willingness to help others.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Greg Adair; three children, Sean, Ali, and Owen; parents, Paul and Mary Geier; siblings, Cindy (B.G.) Winings, Karen (Tom) Kuhn, Jim (Laurie) Geier, Katie (Drew) Easton; father and mother-in-law, Phil and Bev Adair, brother-in-law, Mark (Missy) Adair; and six nieces and six nephews. She was preceded in passing by her brother, Michael Geier.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 16th at Flanner and Buchanan- Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive. Funeral Mass will be Friday, July 17th at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 14598 Oakridge Road.

Riley Children's Hospital holds a special place in Greg and Jenny's heart. Contributions in Jenny's name to the Riley Children's Foundation are encouraged.
