Tribute & Message From The Family


Rita E. Kiebach, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away October 7, 2015. She was born in Evanston, IL, the daughter of Henry and Florence Susan (Borree) Andrews. She retired from the catalog department at J.C. Penney and was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Rita was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack Kiebach; sons, Dr. Thomas Kiebach and David Kiebach; her daughter, Laura Emmons; and her brother, Thomas Moran.

Rita is survived by her children, Susan L. Short, Micheal Kiebach, John "Jack" Kiebach and Donna Phelps. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive her.

Services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation 2 hours prior to service. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014.

Heaven made room room for a very special Angel. Rita was one of the finest people I have met. Her unconditional love for her family was a thing of beauty. It was an honor and a privilege to have known and love this great woman. RIP Rita you are home.

Jack, So sorry to here about your mom. I always did think she was one of cooler moms I grew with. I'm down in FL. with my family on vacation and not be able to attend her service but will send a contribution to the Fox foundation.
